Thumbs up 10%

Today is a great day! I lost more than the first 10%. I started WW on 8/20/2006 at 242lbs. My first 10% goal was to lose 24 lbs. Today I am down 25.5 lbs!

It has been a long ride with a few bumps along the way, but I am even more commited because I know that it will take time but I will make my goal.

I was actually heavier in about Jan when I first started Dieting, I did South Beach diet and quickly lost 20lbs in 2 months but couldn't stay on the plan. I had a really hard time eating toooo much of the allowed foods. That is when I started searching for a something I could do long-term and I found WW. I love this program and would recomend it to anyone. I don't feel restricted on choices. It has also really opened my eyes to portion sizes! Very important to weight loss in my opinoin.

My next 10% goal will be 195! I know I will meet that as well.... oh that will be a 21 lb lose!
