Want to help avoid a gain over the holidays, have less stress and feel happier? Then exercise is the key for YOU!! I've kept up my six + hours a week and I tell you it has helped keep me sane (so far) during some very stressful periods! So jump on in and get to sweating! Indoors, outdoors, at the gym.. whatever floats your boat. The important thing is intentional movement!! What are you doing to help fight off diseases and live longer?
