Does anyone have a recipe for such a thing?

Martha, don't know if you've ever made it before but if you have, I'd substitute my own broth (salt free) and use olive oil to saute the celery and onions if you normally use butter. My MIL makes cornbread stuffing using her day old cornbread, so if you want to do that, make it using cornmeal and omit any sugar. She also mixes half cornbread and 1/2 bread cubes, so you could use Whole wheat bread cubes...
Just a thought...

Hi Pearl! Thanks! I never put sugar in cornbread anyway. After reading Dr Oz I'm sold on olive oil, when I use oil. I have lots of low sodium broth. Looks like I'm set! I think I'll have just one small piece of it though. Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
