Raspberry Jello
My DH said this was a desert recipe, my family serves jello anytime
2 small pkg. raspberry sf jello ( one large pkg will do if you can't find 2 small)
1 1/2 C boiling water
2 pkg. frozen raspberries (thawed)
2 C crushed pineapple
1 C FF sour cream
dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir until Jello is completely dissolved. ( Make take awhile orginal used reg. jello the SF seems to take longer to disolve completely) Add raspberries and pinapple, juice and all. Put half of jello mixture into a 9X13 pan. Allow to sit until firm. Spread sour cream on top of Jello. Pour remaining liquid ( stirring may be necessary while the other sets) Jello mmixture on top of sour cream. Chill until ready to serve.
I am not exactly sure what to count this as but I was thinking probably a fruit and a condiment??
