If you're a fat counter, or even a calorie counter, then it (by itself) doesn't look
to awful horrible to me... but if you count your carbs then uh oh.... also I suppose it's what you put between the layers, how many layers you actully use, and what you are filling it with too..... soooooooooooooooo I can't answer for your plan, but I think I'd stay away.
