Had a terrible weekend food-wise. Lots of social events and lots of emotion, of all kinds. Led to lots of Fritos and nacho dip.

I actually don't feel well. Blech.

New day:

Br: shredded wheat and bran cereal, maple syrup, milk, banana
sn: apple
sn: apple
lunch: shredded wheat and bran cereal, maple syrup, milk, banana (no, it's not a typo)
sn: popcorn
sn: hazelnuts, dates
late dinner: ground turkey w/ mexican spices, ww tortilla, salsa, avocado, bit of cheese, bit of Greek yogurt (no sour cream or crema in the fridge)

Hi all,
Doing superfoods rx so here's my menu:
B: Tofu Berry Smoothie (see superfood recipe thread - I just posted this)
L: whole grain rice and black beans in tomato puree/paste and garlic and spices; roasted broccoli with garlic
S: Pumpkin Yogurt (also just posted this on the recipe thread)
D: Best Bean Salad (from Superfoods HeathStyle book), light whole grain roll
S: FiberOne cereal (I like to eat this without milk, strange as it may seem - it's a great alternative to potato chips) and dried cranberries, green tea w/honey

Tam
