I wasn't sure where to put this ... but I recently tried the Activia yogurt just for a change of pace. It has 3.5g fat per serving, which is high compared to the fat free, but I have to say it is really worth it if you are craving something like ice cream to use as a subsitute.
I freeze mine, and when I take it out and let it sit for a few minutes, it tastes *creamy*.
I went out and bought some Activia after reading this thread and I have to say it is the best fruit flavored yogurt I've ever had. Not too tart, incredibly creamy, just the right amount of fruitiness. My picky kids even love it.
I eat one container every day. It's my home-from-work snack. Love the taste, and it does what it says it will! (Helps digestive problems.) It is high in sugar, if that's a concern, but it's only 2 points on WW Thanks for the freezing idea!
