New Ball Workout Review
Got mine and I love them. IMO, the new workouts are well worth the $$$. But be ready, 'cause the 60 minute workout is NO joke. It literally took me several minutes to get out of bed the next day after doing this one. For those of you looking to work the core to the max...this is the one for you. I really like the interval work.
The 45 minute workout is really good, too. You do about 30 minutes of cardio, then 15 minutes of ball "ab" work. You really have to work at keeping yourself balanced on the ball, while doing crunches at the same time...translation "HARD (I mean reaaally HARD) WORK! But at the same time, you have fun while you're doing it.
