pasta primavera?
I found this recipe in the Looking Good magazine and I made it and it is really good. It says that the exchanges are 1 starch and 2 veggies. I thought maybe if somebody could submit it to the LA chefs and see what they would count it as that would be greatly appreciated.
4 cups of veggies- any combo of brocolli,cauliflower.green pepper,grean bean,mushroom,zuchinni,onion,or peas(I used zuchinni,onion,green pepper,peas)
1 26 oz can od light spagetti sauce
2 1/2 cups cooked spagetti
mix veggies and sauce and cook till veggies are done. Mix in cooked spagetti
Serves 5
2 cup servings
It said the calories was like 170 and 3 fat grams
