Okay, vacation is over, so that means vacation eating is over too! I did so-so, which is to say, I ate many whole foods, a few fried things, and too much most dinners (restaurant) though breakfast and lunch weren't dreadful and I seldom snacked. I'll weigh at the gym tomorrow and see what the news is. Just got to suck it up and move on in any case.

B: oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, 1% milk. WW toast,

S: apple

L: ? salad I think (I'm going to the grocery store since there's not much food in my house)

S: yogurt with fruit

D: Mexican food with a gf - so probably another salad.

Welcome back, Pat!

B-half banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim, big bowl of berries & nf plain yogurt w/ honey
S-sliver of brownie that a coworker brought in
L-leftover cheese tortellini w/ marinara, cauliflower, yogurt, dk chocolate
S-apple, Kashi bar
D-chicken fajita w/ flour tortilla, dk chocolate
S-popcorn

Just a shade under 1800 calories today--made my goal for a change. And just as my eating is hanging in this week, I skip a workout because I'm feeling blah. Blah blah blah. Hate that.

I felt guilty about the exercise after the post, so I went and knocked off 30 min of strength training. Not the 1hr bike I was supposed to do, but much much better than nothing.
