If you are looking for a very healthy, easy way to change your life, may I suggest Weight Watchers. It's great, easy to follow, and it accomodates your every day life. You follow a point system, with every food imaginable being on your plan. This isn't a regular diet, it's a
life change. There are several forums on this website specifically for WW. I would recommend going on one of the introductory threads, which will explain the Plan in detail. If you decide to go through with WW (even if you don't), just throw me a message if you have any questions. It's great to have some people that you can just talk to about anything. I've been "dieting" for quite some time, so I'm a pro.
