Hi everyone
I am brand new to this forum and I am very excited to be making such a big move towards my health and well being. I have a lot of weight to lose and I will need a lot of support to do it.
This is my first time making the commitment to lose weight and change my ways. My issue is not what I eat but more of how much I eat. My goal is to do this the right way ( slow and steady) because I don't ever want to be this big again. I'm ready and very motivated.
