Hi everyone- I am new to 3FC! I am 24 years old and trying to get back to my high school weight. I gained a bit in college and a lot after graduation in my first professional job. In March, I started attending weight watchers meetings and started counting points. I lost 33lbs during my weight watchers tenure. I stopped attending the meetings in August and havent been counting since. I have kept the weight off, but I am in need of losing more. I am now about the same weight I was at my college graduation (maybe a bit heavier). I came to 3FC looking for some inspiration to keep losing and hopefully help some others keep on track, because I sure wish I had.
I am new here too, about 5 days!! I am 34 and I attend weight watchers too! I have been attending since October 2005! No matter if I gain and I have gained many times, lose, skip a week, I keep going! I want to tell you go back, go back, go back!! If you have done well and your experience with it was good, go back!! I say this because I went to WW 12 years ago around the same weight as I am now, lost 65 and stopped going of course gained it back. I don't know why I stopped but I look back and wish I had kept in attendance! You can do it!!
