Hi Karen and kcforme, I'd like to be one of the first to say: !!! Might I add everyone here are SUPER SUPPORTIVE and knowledgable on various topics. You will be loosing in no time!

Sorry kc if anyone hasn't replied to your messages before, many of us get caught up (or lost) in other forums, threads or posts (as you can see, there are so many of them!). Yes, you are doing it right (you may not understand some of the tools but it is easy to pick up once you start posting!)

Welcome, Karen! I just joined after a year of lurking & I can honestly say I've gotten a ton of support in just a few days. I'm a SAHM too - there are a lot of pitfalls to someone losing weight when you're at home, but I've found a lot of advantages too! Hang in there....it's worth it in the end!
