Hey guys-
I'm so impressed to see such happy and motivated people. I have been trying to lose weight, but all the sites I go to are depressing anorexia sites. I want to loose about 20 or more pounds, even though I am not extremely overweight. I am looking for some help on how to get started in a healthy way.
