Question Any of u 20 somethings tried Turbo Jam..??

the website claims that the Turbo Jam fitness video will burn 'OVER 700 CALORIES IN 45 MIN'.....hmmm...i have a hard time believing it.

considering running gets ur heart rate up like nothing else.......45 min of that burns no where near 700.

Has anybody out there tried the turbo jam in an effort to lose weight...

thanks.

Hi, I am doing Turbo Jam right now...it is such a fun workout and I'm finding it easy to stick to. I actually want to work out every day. I have so much more energy.

I was trying to "eat intuitively" since I started doing it, and I don't think I'm ready for that...so I'm going back on a diet, and hopefully I will really start to see results.

I doubt the average person would burn 700 calories with one workout, but it is still a VERY good workout. I've gone from about 152 to 141 with just a couple of months of Turbo Jam.

I have done Turbo Jam. I do not contribute any of my weight loss specifically to Turbo Jam though (and I for several months I was doing TJ 5 days a week). I do not believe in the 700 calorie burned either but it is a fun workout and any workout where you get up and move your body is good I think! I started Turbo Jam in July and I have lost 10 pounds since then. I did not get their 10 lbs or 10 inches in 10 workouts results.

Yep, I've lost 10 pounds with Turbo Jam and am still losing. It has worked better than any exercise machine for me. I lost 2 pounds this week and only worked out once. I don't really understand it.
