Cool I would love to be your chubby buddy

Hi,

I'm new to this whole thing. I would like to tell you a few things about myself. Well first, I too am a stay at home mom. I started gaining weight, of course, when I got pregnant and haven't been able to shake it. I used to weigh 145, hmmm, now I weigh 200. I've tried almost every type of excersize and the problem is I don't have enough support or someone going through the same problems and issues of being a stay at home mom with all of the lovely temptations of food. Well, anyways if you want to be my chubby buddy than please reply. Oh yeah I haven't gotten any replies to the thread I've posted maybe the term chubby buddy is a little harsh. The way I figure it we are not fat, we are chubby. Fat seems so cruel and permanant, chubby on the other hand seems cute and temporary. To me words are very important, they can inspire or depress.

Hi, thanks alot for the reply and I would love to be your chubby buddy, I can use all the help I can get and hopefully I can be a help and support to you along your journey also... I have alot of wieght to lose, but I have found the right weight loss program, for me it's just sticking to it... Thank you in advance for your friendship...

Cool,

Well then lets get started, first I would like to ask you a few questions I will answer the questions myself so you can get to know me too. Don't be afraid to get personal there is no limits, answer honestly and frankly if need be. It's nice to get things off your mind.

1. Why do you/I want to lose weight?

To get back to being myself again, with this whole weight gain thing I've totally changed from being fun and mildly confident to depressed and ogre-ish. Especially during summer for obvious reasons. My marriage is suffering because of my lack of confidence. I know people say you should love yourself and be happy with your body, I was I want the REAL me, the one I was happy with. Although everyone has complaints about their body (skinny or not) I was overall happy and not so jealous. It's hard nowadays to even watch tv and not feel inferior.

2. What kind of excersize and diet are you following?

I've currently changed from excersizing at a gym (became too expesive and time consuming) to working out with Billy Blanks doing bootcamp workout. I'm a really intense person and have a lot of toning and losing to do. It pushes me to the limit which I like. Diet no carbs, well no bad carbs such as white bread, fries and so one. I've replaced one meal with a meal replacement shake and do not eat after six. I'm trying to drink lots of water and am taking vitamins and magnesium (which I was told is supposed to thin out your face I'm experementing on myself with this so ask your doctor if you are thinking of trying). Hmmm i can't think of anything else right now.

3. What is the hardest struggle you are having?

I am currently on a birth control shot (depo provera) which is causing me to gain excesive weight and causing me to retain water and become aggresively hungry all the time.

I'm not too sure how to use the pm thing and am not sure if we interact like this or what. I'll try another way. Well respond when you can, I'm excited. This is really going to be alot of fun rather than a never ending battle. Hope to hear from you soon.

Default guess who..

Hmmm, why I want, need to lose weight... Right off the bat, I'm killing myself, I have a wonderful husband and kids that I need to be here for... I have a poor self body image... And it would really be cool to be the smallest sister for once...

I am on a liquid diet, which is working as long as I stick with it... I am walking on my treadmill daily, and have started playing with the kids outside after school... Next week I will start doing my WATP videos... It's a start...

The hardest thing for me is having food around all the time, stuff I am not supposed to have, which is everything... I am tempted at every corner... I am in need of constant supervision, ok that's not 100% true, but it would help... I actually do prety good till about 5 or so at night... Oh and last but most certainly not least... I have the hardest time telling myself no...
