I recommend you check out "Chicks Up for a Challenge" in the Support Forum... there, you can really boost your motivation by joining a Challenge Group (I'm currently involved in a Thanksgiving Challenge) and make some new friends there, as well.
I hear wonderful things about Weight Watchers - I think the great thing about that plan is that it teaches portion control in a culture where our food proportions are waaaaay out-of-control.
