I had my first victory. It's nothing big, but in my mind it's the world.
Both yesterday, and today I...exercised!

I acctually got my lazy butt off the chair and worked out for 38 minutes yesterday and 20 minutes today. I feel so great. I forgot how good exercise makes you feel. Of course, I'm kinda sore, but I'm enjoying to soreness.
Plus last night my BF and his brother (who is in from out of town) just had to have chinese food. Luckily they told me early in the day, so I had a really light breakfast and snack. And at the chinese place, instead of loading my plate down with all the sweet sauce covered, fried junk, I ate the steamed seafood and veggies, grilled chicken, and me and my son split 3 bowls of fruit and veggies. Normally I eat three plates of starchy, fried goodness. But last night I only ate untill I was full, then I stopped. To be honest, I didn't even know the place had a fruit/veggie bar untill last night.
I just had to write this down, so in a month or so, when I'm feeling down and stuck, I can look this thread up and remeber how good such a tiny thing felt.
