Popcorn is a whole grain. Depending on what else is in the list of ingredients it might not be so bad.

So far and best guess for the day:

B1-cheerios, soymilk, OJ, coffee w/ skim, banana (before run)
B2-Kashi bar, ww toast w/ natural peanut butter (after run)
L-leftover lasagne, spinach salad??
S-fruit probably, Kashi TLC crackers maybe, maybe a Kashi bar
D-pot roast w/ carrots, onion, celery, and potato
S-popcorn??

I'm a little suspicious of the powdered cheddar whatever, but I know it's the best thing I could grab.
