Hi everybody! I'm new. I started my diet about 6 weeks ago, but just today found this website. Hopefully it will help with my weight loss. When I was young, I was always a little bigger than most of the other girls but when I got into 7th grade, my self-esteem was very low and I spent my afternoons in front of the TV eating potato chips. Since then, I gained a lot of weight. I'm in college now and I also gained the freshman 15 (and probably more) because of the all you can eat buffets that they have on campus. Anyway, one day I saw a picture of myself at one of my friend's wedding that I attended and I felt absolutely disgusted at what I looked like. It was then that I decided to do something and it's been 6 weeks since I started and I've lost 11 pounds! Anyway, thanks for looking
