Share the epiphany!! I wake up every morning and touch my tummy to check if God has granted my wish of getting fit!

Needless to say I encounter only my radial tyres of fat!
I started today or rather I will start today. I plan on doing the south beach for the 3 days that I'm here ...go on my vacation, eat whatever my lil' heart desires and the come back and re-start in ernest. Thats the only way it will work I assume.
I don't want to ruin the vacation that my boyfriend's planned by minging on what I can and cannot eat. I want to enjoy myself and enjoy our time together - not worry about what I'm eating. I am sure I will gain a couple pounds... but if thats what it takes to be happy on my vacation - so be it.
But from today and when I'm back, I have decided that this will be my workout regime:
60 minutes of cardio every alternate day. Must burn at least 400 cals/session
30 minutes of cardio on other days. Must burn atleast 200 cals + an hour of strength training on these days. Sundays rest.
Eat right.
I am presuming that if I keep this up, I'll drop some weight and get closer to my mini goal.
