Sorry I can't be of any help here, and since no one else is jumping in, I'm guessing it's because no one has had the problem. If you've had this pain for over a week, I would check with your physician. It could be so many things and you deserve a proper diagnosis. You could try to cut down on caffeine-containing foods and beverages (coffee, chocolate (are you doing the LA Lites?) to see if that helps, but that's about the only advice I have right now.
