I understand what you mean. The thing with LAWL is you have to learn to separate the crap from the reality. To put it bluntly

For me, the bars have helped, but then again I had a major event (wedding) to plan my goal around and if I had been smarter I would have given myself more time. But these ladies on the board are awesome and can help if you decide you need alternatives to LAWL products. I've since learned that LUna bars are a good sub- me personally, I like the bars- I need something sweet everyday or I would go over hte edge. As for the supplements- a good rule of thumb (or at least I think so)- don't buy anything at LAWL that you can't get somewhere else. As far as the supplements, if you have a history then you probably don't want to risk it. But the vitamins, carb blockers, and calcium- you can get somewhere else for cheaper. I just recently started the supplements ("block and burn"- Trimax and FB 500-and have lost 3 pounds in the past three days). Just thought I would give you a heads up-and maybe provide you with some perspective
