Well, I had a hungry day today:
1st B-ww toast w/ pumpkin butter and low sugar strawberry preserves, banana, coffee w/ milk
2nd B-sample Clif builder bar, kashi bar, another banana
1st L-yogurt, Clif bar (before the big lunchtime bike ride)
2nd L-pasta w/ marinara, zuchini, black olives, apple, kiwi, carrots, cauliflower, hummus, dk chocolate (after the ride)
S-popcorn
D-chicken breast, broccoli, corn, ww stove top stuffing (yes, it's true), corn, french bread, more dk chocolate
Works out to about 2300 calories.
