Hi Smkylie,

I think that diet, along with those 2 supplements, sounds really healthy and balanced. Even though your problem of needing to gain weight is the exact opposite of mine, what you've got to remember is that our viewpoints are messed up from years of not treating our bodies kindly and not having a good relationship with food.

Your dietician will have had years of training, so I'd try and trust her for a bit and see how it goes - hard as that sounds. She will be seeing things more clearly than you are (or me!).

Good luck,

Caz

I used to hate those supplements! They are useful, though. Are you on the CIB High-cal stuff? Bleh. Anyway, I think that you need to trust what your dietician is telling you. The best thing to ask yourself is not "is this the healthiest food ever" but rather are you enjoying it, and how is it supplying your body with fuel. I think your meal plan looks great...very healthful foods. I would encourage you to be absolutely honest with your dietician about your food. Recovery is hard, but you can do it! Remember, it's about achieving balance, not having absolute control. =)
