Smile New... again.

Hi All!

I'm gonna give this weight loss thing another go. Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming, and I do NOT want to end up with another 8 pounds on top of this 25 that I already need to shed. So, here I am!

I find it relatively easy to lose weight when I do what I need to do. It's the DOING that's the hard part.

I'm going to count points Weight Watchers style, and try to run/walk three times a week and do weights twice a week. That's a start.

Betsy

Oh! I just had a peek at the intro's forum and there doesn't appear to be a welcoming comittee today.
I remember your name from see you here earlier but I don't remember if we've spoken
I was wondering if you'd ever read Thin for Life by Anne M Fletcher. I found it very enlightening to hear how big losers have kept their weight off ... especially when I'm a terrible yoyo-er.
Also you might benefit from doing some reading in the maintainers forums.
And ... why don't you join us in the Feather Weights?

Hi Susan! I like your tagline. I've seen it before (was it you?) and it really spoke to me. "Eat clean and move" - that says it all. So simple, and yet so hard.

I Haven't read Thin for Life, but it does sound familiar. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll look for it!

I'll go check out the Feather Weights section too.

(I swear I'm not really a whiney baby.) LOL
