Default Should I do TO again?

Okay Ladies, you all know how much I blew it yesterday. Today I've been POP and I did TO last week with Cassie. Should I do another TO to "make up for" yesterday or should I just stay POP ??

Definitely no...don't punish yourself or your body. You may be surprised at how little "damage" you've done. A couple of weeks ago I pigged out on pasta---when I weighed in a couple of days later....I was down over 3 lbs!!! Go figure. Not that I recommend that... )

I agree with Martha, although I am far from knowledgeable .....pretty new to all of this still. However, I did a major weekend last week after going on a no weight difference for over a week and a half and then boom, I was down at WI on the next Tues, I can't explain it bec. I actually thought I was going to show a gain! So maybe your McD visit was not as dooming as you think. Also, I am not sure that it would be as effective to do TO so soon, nor so healthy.

Hang in there stay OP and drink up that magic lemon water....maybe you'll be surprised, and if not then try TO maybe.

Regardless, we are all proud of you!

Reddeb - I definately agree! DH's counselor has only let him do TO once since August and that was because he gained on 2 back to back WIs. They only recommend TO to get off a plateau!
Hang in there chickie - remember my vacation and 7 pound gain? Remember I lost the first 5 of those the very first day back!?!
I think you'll be surprised!
I'm really proud of you "getting back on the train"!!! I'd say that's a HUGE NSV!!!

Thanks Guys,

You're right. I should just get back on the train and continue my sloooowww ride down the mountain. I'm afraid to get on the scale. I feel so guilty. The darn food didn't even taste that good - It's not like I was enjoying every bite of every fry. I was inhaling that stuff. I had a good day today, but it's weird. Even when I have a good day sometimes I feel like I've eaten too much.

Thanks for the support. I'm hangin' in there. (Darn hubbie.....)

Deb, I agree with everybody else. Just get a lot of hot lemon water in over the next few days, and you will be A OK!!

I'm new to LAWL...just started 8OCT...lost 4lb..but mid week gained it back..did not cheat...i see that everyone keeps saying POP... i know what TO is but what is POP?
