Default Frozen fruits

Hi Gals,
Since there's not much of fruit selection now, I just wanted to know how you're calculating frozen fruits. Is it 1 cup = 1 fruit? What's the breakdown per fruit?

Doesn't it say about frozen fruit somewhere in the meal plan thingy?

And, yeah, I've planned out my menus for the next three days. I'm a former weightwatchers person, and this plan, while it's more work, actually seems easier because they are so specific as to how much of a certain food group you should consume and how much equals a serving. At weightwatchers, it was just counting points. So wth is a point? This plan feels much more realistic as to what people should actually eat on a daily basis.

Evette - plan book says fresh or fresh frozen and examples for 1 fruit exchange include 1C raspberries, 3/4C blueberries, 3/4C pineapple, 1 small peach, 1C watermelon, 9 medium cherries, 1C cranberries, 15 grapes, 12 small strawberries, 3 medium prunes....etc., etc.). Canned fruit you get 1/2 C.

Evette--glad you brought it up--our fruit is terrible right now! My mom swears by Schwan's frozen fruit--may have to order some.
