I'm just starting out on this website. I joined because I have gained 50 pounds since highschool. (that was four years ago) I weigh 183 right now and I'm trying to at least get to 150. I have two bad knees so any suggestions would be great. I already know about swimming (I was a swimmer) and ellipitical machines.
I do already have a bit of a fitness background and I'm majoring in dietetics. I'm just lazy and I really like food
