Hi all!
I'm Suzannah, and I'm an official newbie!
My goal is to lose 10-12 lbs through exercise and eating as cleanly as possible. I exercise 5-6 days per week, either with Turbo Jam, or by doing aerobics classes at the gym here at work. It's so nice to be able to just pop downstairs for a workout during lunch.
I've been exercising consistently for the past 6 weeks or so, and I've only lost 2 lbs on the scale, but my body is leaner. I'm happy with my results so far!
I'm thinking of trying the Power 90 Extreme (P90X), but I'll probably wait until the first of the year to tackle that.
I look forward to getting to know everyone!
