So today my doctor said "you should lose 28 pounds"
I thought OK. Then I realized looking in the mirror that my beloved buddha belly would probably be the first to go not my boobs.
I could lose from my boobs and my butt and thoughs without feeling sad, but I have grown to love the buddha belly...
PLus. I am already an organic whole foods vegan. A majority of my diet is grain, fruit, veggies (raw) lean nut milks and low fat cereals. I hope that means I can give up chips or anykind and lower my intake of peanut butter and the pounds willl melt away?
Oy! I'm ready I think?!
