Default Comfort Food Chicken Soup

1 lb of chicken tenders
2 bags of frozen stew veggies, remove 1/2 of the potatoes
2 cubes of low sodium chicken bullion

Place all ingredients in a crock pot, veggies first. Cover 3/4 veggies with water, cook on low heat all day, 8-10 hours. Break up chicken into big chunks with a spoon and serve. This is a nice, thick chicken stew with very little juice. The veggie mix that I buy is the Albertsons brand. It has pearl onions, huge chunks of carrots and celery, and new potatoes. I make this the night before, stick it in the fridge overnight, then turn it on in the morning before I go to work. It is nice to come home to a hot dinner ready to serve.

Awesome recipe for busy women! Thanks for the idea. I'll add this to my weekly menu.
