
Good day all. I have been 'lurking' for a couple of weeks and I think it is time that I joined the bandwagon. Everyone is so supportive of each other this is the help I can really use.
Here are my stats: 5'4"
Current Weight: 160
Goal Weight: 130
I am "trying" (and I use the term quite loosely as I find it hard to discipline myself lately) the Special K "Diet" - ya know, replace two meals with two bowls of Special K yadda yadda yadda - to kind of give myself a kickstart. I also go to the gym 5 days a week, 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Let's see how I do!!!
