My name is Janayah and I am new here. I ran across the site by accident. I am glad that I came across this site.

I tried sugar busters two years ago and lost 30+ and gained some back and now I am here looking for support to reach my goal. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and acid reflex.

I am married for 10 years with two very active boys ages 8 and 10.

Looking to get off my blood pressure medicine and get into better shape. I work in a hospital and need to take better care of me.
