Hi Everyone!
I just signed up for this site a few days ago while looking for info on the Fat Smash Diet. I know a couple who have gotten great success in thier first phase, so thought I'd give it a try. Right now I'm looking for info on the eating plan(until I can get the book), but am only finding recipies. I copied many of them but would love if anyone had some general rules I can start on this weekend.
