Default Saltine Question..

I don't have my book with me but how many fat free saltines can I have for a starch? I am on Red 1. Thanks.

Karla - Regular red is 5. I think the portions are the same for all the reds?

Cassi-I think it is only the protein portion sizes that change with the different color plans. Starch servings should be the same across all plans. (As well as dairy, fruit, fat, etc . . . )
