Hello all,
First time poster, long time lurker! I'm 12 weeks post-partum and looking to trim down so I can chase my little rugrat around when she gets older. I've lost all but 2lbs of the baby weight (41lbs), but my pre-pregnancy weight (170lbs) was a lot higher than I wanted it to be, so I'm on a mission to lose the "bonus" 35 lbs I've gained over the last 6 years...
I'm a protein-shake-kind-of-gal and I love lifting weights. Not big on cardio unless it involves a mountain bike
