I love Starbucks and am partial to the Grande Vanilla Latte with whip

She was talking about walking into Starbucks last week (instead of drive thru) and getting her skinny latte sugar free with no whip (also discussed being assertive in ordering). It got me thinking, hmm, Starbucks has sugar free??????

I walked over there this a.m. and got a Nutrition guide and ordered a Tall Sugar Free Vanilla Skinny Latte, no whip - whooo hooo - 120 cals, no fat, no fiber - 2 pts!!!! And it appears that I can use it for one of my milk selections.

Can someone confirm the milk part?????

I'm so excited. I do not have to give up Starbucks!!!!!!

I hate to "confirm" anything but I am reasonably sure that it will count as a milk. I know we talked about it in a meeting last winter, and I'm fairly sure that's what my leader said.

latte 12 oz sugar free can be counted as one milk. Just checked my book. Are they good the skinny ones?

I'm a big coffee drinker.. and whatever I order from Starbucks, I just request Skim... they will accomodate whatever usually. Great way to get a milk serving in. My WW coach used to talk about them all the time.
