Breakfast- coffee w/cream, 1 cup mellon, 2 pieces of pumpernickel w/ olive oil
lunch- med salad, sm tuna sand, a piece of fruit, lots of water.
dinner- curry shrimp, fresh broccoli, salad, 1 cup veggie soup,
Not sure if I will have a chocolate snack tonight? I really dont want to have it every day. I think I will cut it back to 2 squares ,3 times a week.???
