Default 9-21 to 9-29 Medditeranean food log

Well today is my first day on my "mediterranean lifestyle change" so I will post..
I did all my shopping yesterday. Shrimp was on sale so I stocked up. I am going to try clams this week. I want to keep fish on my menue more than any other meat.

Breakfast: about 1 cup of mellon and a piece of toasted pumpernickle bread drizzled with EVOO.
lunch_ I had tuna salad on pumpernickle with a pare.
dinner- will be curry turkey meatballs with 1/2 acorn squash and salad.
maybe latter I will have a few square of dark chocolate.
and lots of water!

Breakfast- coffee w/cream, 1 cup mellon, 2 pieces of pumpernickel w/ olive oil

lunch- med salad, sm tuna sand, a piece of fruit, lots of water.

dinner- curry shrimp, fresh broccoli, salad, 1 cup veggie soup,

Not sure if I will have a chocolate snack tonight? I really dont want to have it every day. I think I will cut it back to 2 squares ,3 times a week.???
