New here, just introducing myself!
Hello everyone!
Im so glad to have found this site. I started The Zone diet on monday of last week, and felt like I needed a little extra support. So far, I have lost 4 pounds so it seems like my diet has been working. I am 19 years old, and started putting weight on two years ago. My uncle passed away, and we were very close, and I just blew up. I started getting anxiety attacks and it was a horrid time. Now that I have mentally dealt with my problems, I am ready to physically get back in shape. This is my first diet ever, and I am hoping that I am strong enough to stay on track. I have also been exersizing. I do the bike for 20 minutes, 5 days a week, plus 45 minutes of pilates, 3 days a week. It's kicking my butt but I feel better already...
