I have lost 19 lbs so far, my goal is to be 160 lbs. I have been walking everyday for 2 hours but I have in the last few days injuried my right knee. So I have to take a break for walking to let it heal. I am looking for other ways to exercise. (Any sugguestions are welcome) Where are you in Florida? It would be great if you were close to Ocoee. I have a short term goal of 10 lbs by 10-22-2006. I have been counting points and now I just found out today that maybe my slump in weight lost is due to me not eating all my points daily. I thought that I would loose faster is I didn't eat them all. Guess that was wrong.

HI scale watcher

Similar problem with knee rest ice and ibuprofen for swelling and pain. Plus Glucosamine 1,500mg joint care supplement once a day may help
I'm also in Florida but way down in Miami.

Thanks Ivy. Sorry to hear about your knee. I have started taking aleve and have tried to stay off of it as much as possible. I also have been putting a heating pad on it. I have been taking supplements also. I am looking forward to being able to walk soon.
