I have lost 19 lbs so far, my goal is to be 160 lbs. I have been walking everyday for 2 hours but I have in the last few days injuried my right knee. So I have to take a break for walking to let it heal. I am looking for other ways to exercise. (Any sugguestions are welcome) Where are you in Florida? It would be great if you were close to Ocoee. I have a short term goal of 10 lbs by 10-22-2006. I have been counting points and now I just found out today that maybe my slump in weight lost is due to me not eating all my points daily. I thought that I would loose faster is I didn't eat them all. Guess that was wrong.
