Default Fitday or Mikibo

Hi all,

I wanted to ask if anyone has used either Fitday or Mikibo to track their diets and exercise. I am keen to use an online tracker but I'm not sure which one to go with. Any advice would be appreciated.

Speckle74 ~~ Many people use Fitday and absolutely love it, however, it's not my favorite. My favorite is S~parkpeople because it just seems like a more developed website (my opinion only y'all, don't get mad at me ), the food tracking is awesome and they have tons of articles, recipes, etc. that are really helpful with weight loss and fitness. AND, it's FREE!! Check it out...I don't think you'll be disappointed.

FYI...for some reason the site name doesn't want to post here. I don't know why, unless it's considered competition to 3FC (but I wouldn't think so). Anyway, just enter S~parkpeople . com into your browser's address field (enter without the ~ and spaces). Good luck!!

Hi, Speckle,

I haven't heard of Mikibo, but I use fitday and am very happy with it.

I have been using it off and on the past 2 years, and have a lot of custom foods put in, plus I will eat the same things for b'fast and lunch for a week straight (i know, boring!) so it is easy for me to update.

My only complaint with fitday is that I feel they undervalue the calories burned on some of their activities, and there doesn't seem to be a way to put in custom activities (i.e., elliptical machine).

Good luck with whatever you choose!

You can put in custom activities if you buy the $20 version and do it on your computer instead of online
