My own formal declaration
Gotta get this out there - as of right here and now, I AM losing weight. I am not trying to lose weight, I am losing weight. It will be a slow process and I don't expect to reach goal before spring, but I will be working on it the whole way.
I'm a 21-yr-old college student, and just moving into my first real apartment. For the first few years of college, I lived on-campus. I weighed 145 lbs when I graduated high school, and have put on over 50 lbs since then. I'm sick of it. I'm going to slim down to the weight and body I want, which I didn't even have when I did weigh less.
So here goes. Feel free to ignore this if you want - I just wanted to make a real statement of it, so it's not just "in my head".
