    Cottage Cheese with Tuna, and a Peach

    Dinner
    Chicken Breast stuffed with pesto, Jacket Potato, Mixed Salad

    l--kashi frozen dinner, apple
    s--tlc bar
    d--don't know, we're eating out
  • B--strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
    S--yogurt
    L--salad of pomegranate seeds, spinach, chicken, walnuts, blue cheese and raspberry vinegarette
    S--snack pack of dried fruit and almonds--just 80 calories!
    D--broccoli and cauliflower, grilled chicken and brown rice

    This is starting to be a habit--I've recently bought some new whole foods type cookbooks and magazines to change things up a bit!
  • B-optimum cereal, soymilk, OJ, banana, coffee w/ milk
    L-leftover pasta w/ veggies & marinara, yogurt, dk chocolate
    S-green grapes, carrots
    S-Kashi TLC bar
    D-thin crust pizza w/ 6 veggies & chicken breast, dk chocolate

    About 2150 calories
