My introduction
hello everyone,
Well to start I am here because I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and the medication I was put on to regulate me failed. So I was told by my doctor that exercising and diet will help me to succeed in losing weight and getting healthy again. I am currently 111 lbs overweight and am insulin resistant as well, so it has been pretty difficult to lose weight but oh so easy to gain it. I am hoping this site will help me stay motivated and push me along to succeed. I really really want to achieve my goal weight , I just need a team to help me along.
