Now you'd think that all these antioxidants and carotenoids would protect me from getting sick. I haven't been sick in I can't remember when, but here I am with a runny nose, sneezing, wiped out tired. I haven't done anything all day but lie around and eat, but only good stuff.

b--Flax plus cereal, banana, skim milk
l--chicken and wild rice soup, nectarine
l--maybe salmon and wilted spinach, if I can get off the chair to do it.

Casserole (JUST one serving!) made with corn tortillas, pinto beans, black beans, soy protein, corn, fresh salsa, chopped tomatoes and vegan cheese

12 oz. smoothie of mango, peach, strawberry, ground flax, rice protein powder and soymilk

There will be a snack and a late afternoon/evening meal too...maybe 12 almonds for the snack and for the meal, collard greens with garlic, tomatoes and spices with seared tofu steaks and black beans...
