Ah, not a great day....

B: oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, 1% milk
ww toast

s: cookie

L: veggie quesadilla with salsa

s: cookie (see what I mean about not a good day?)

D: Left overs from all week - a mixture of stuff, but all good healthy stuff

Now I have to go do some "cookie mitigation" on the elliptical....

How many of you all plan what you are having ahead of time, and how many just have the healthy staples around and wing it? I'm so impressed with all the planning.

Default Just a quick question ...

Just wondering ... who actually starts the new thread each day? ... Is it the first person who happens to post? The reason why I ask is because due to the time difference between us (I'm in Hong Kong), when I come on to the boards each day, the menu showing is still for the previous day ... like now, the most recent thread showing is for Friday 8 September (this thread)... but for me it's already Saturday 9 September (I guess you're all still sleeping!) ... So if I'm the first person here on any given day, do I get to start the new thread so that I can post my daily menu plan? Just wanted to check with you all as I didn't want to do anything out of order

Thanks

It certainly makes sense to do it that way. I have considered starting it, but haven't actually done it yet.
