Talking Just starting...
I'm on day one of my new adventure and, really, the only thing I'm craving is a BATHROOM! I'm actually stuffed between the juice and the water.

I'm excited to get started and still have that "newlywed glow" from my first consultation last night - aside from the sick feeling in my stomach after paying the fees. I hope it lasts!

I just wanted to say hello and that I'll be looking to you all for some great information in the weeks to come. I've been lurking around here for most of the day and have really enjoyed what I've read.

Welcome to LAWL! I have been on the program since August 1 - I have lost 7.8 lbs so far - however I haven't weighed in yet this week.

There is great information here and everyone is so friendly and helpful PLUS supportive.

The September LAWL friends post is where a lot of the activity is.
