Oh my god, Ive done the basic training dvd twice now. I didnt think I was going to get through it, but persistance paid off. Feel so achy and tired afterwards. Its a good work out though. Has any one lost a considerable amount of weight by using these dvds?
Its not really brutal just an all over workout. Its kinda fun, with some nice little moves, kicks and punches too. Its basic training, and it lasts for 55 mins. It was a bargain on ebay, 4 dvds and the billy bands you need to do the workouts. A great investment at nder £25.
